James LINDLEY 
James was born on September 22nd, 1735 in London Grove, Chester, Pa. James' father was Thomas LINDLEY and his mother was Ruth HADLEY. His paternal grandparents were James LINDLEY and Elinor (Eleanor) PARKE; his maternal grandparents were Simon HADLEY and Ruth MILLER. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Simon, Thomas, William, John, Jonathan, Catherine, Ruth, Mary, Eleanor, Deborah and Mary. He was the second oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 43 in April 1779 in Ninety Six Dist., Chester, Pn. He was buried in , , , South Carolina.General Notes
