George Hoover

George was born on November 10th, 1769 in Dover Township., York Co., PA. George's father was Johan Conradt Huber and his mother was Anna Maria Lentz. His paternal grandparents were Johan Michael Conradt Huber and Anna Barbara Wernsin; his maternal grandfather is Bernard Lentz. He had seven brothers and six sisters, named Martin Johann, John A., Abraham, Conrad, Joseph, Jacob, Jonas, Anna Maria Mary, Hester Esther, Christina, Nancy Ann, Elizabeth and Barbara. He died at the age of 82 on August 17th, 1852 in Curwensville, Brady Township., Clearfield Co., PA. He was buried in August 1852 in Bloomington Cemetery, Curwensville, Clearfield Co, PA.
