Phebe HOWELL 
Phebe was born on February 24th, 1739 in <Southampton, Suffolk, Ny>. Phebe's father was David HOWELL and her mother was Phebe UNKNOWN. Her paternal grandfather was Abraham HOWELL and her paternal grandmother is Mary HALSEY. She had four brothers and two sisters, named David, Stephen, Abraham, Matthew, Damaris and Pamela. She was the oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 33 on September 18th, 1772.General Notes
