His paternal grandfather was Jacob Huber HOOVER and his paternal grandmother is Anna UNKNOWN; his maternal grandparents were Adam or Abrahamk Gefeller and Mary Magdalene HUBER. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Martin L, Jacob, John H., Nancy, Sarah Sally, Mary Polly and Elizabeth Betsey. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died on March 22nd, 1844 in Hoover Gap, Rutherford, Tennessee. He was buried on March 25th, 1844 in Hoover Cem't, Rutherford, Tennessee.General Notes
