John HOOPES

John was born on September 17th, 1711 in Westchester, Chester, Pa and his baptism took place on September 17th, 1711 in West Town, Chester, Pennsylvania.  John's father was Daniel HOOPES and his mother was Jane WARRILOW. He had seven brothers and ten sisters, named Joshua, Daniel, Abraham, Thomas, Stephen, Nathan, Walter, Ann, Grace, Ann, Mary, Hannah, Jane, Ann, Elizabeth, Sarrah and Christiana.  He was the nineth youngest of the eighteen children.  He died at the age of 83 on March 1st, 1795 in Goshen, Chester, Pa.  He was buried on March 11th, 1795.
