Gideon FRANKLIN 
Gideon was born on October 10th, 1711 in Swansea, Bristol, Ma. Gideon's father was James FRANKLIN and his mother is Martha OLMSBY. His paternal grandparents were James FRANKLIN and Unice Barnes; his maternal grandparents were John ORMSBEE and Grace Eleanor MARTIN. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Phillip, James, Ichabod, Elisha, Mary, Uriah, Lydia, Abigail and Martha. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 50 in 1761 in Cheshire, Berkshire, Ma.General Notes
