Thomas Jr was born in 1645 in <Dorchester, , Ma> and his baptism took place on March 2nd, 1645 in Dorchester, Suffolk, Massachusetts.  Thomas Jr's father was Thomas DAVENPORT and his mother was Mary FORTH.
