Antoine Dessaure Peronette De was born on July 10th, 1643 in Montabon, France. Antoine Dessaure Peronette De's father is Gustave Gabriel De Crocketagni. He was an only child. He died at the age of 42 in 1685 in Ireland.

Second in command of the household guards of Louis XIV. He was giventhis commission in 1664 when he was 21. He resigned his commission tomarry in 1669. He became a wine and salt commercial agent for the Mauryfamily, and was converted to the Protestant faith Huguenots. In 1672 theHuguenots were given 20 days to leave France so Antione and his wife andinfant son fled to England. Shortly they fled to Ireland. To escape their French identity have changed their name to Crockett.
His wife, Louisa De Saix was cousin to Lafayette.
In 1675 Antoine was branded a heretic. He along with his wife and infantson had to flee France. The French Government forced thousands to fleeat short notice. Most had only 20 days to leave. Antoine then went toBantry Bay, Ireland where the name was shortened to Crockett. Here theyraised their children and lived out their lives. Some of the childrenmigrated to the new world
