Charles Bingley was born on April 7th, 1845 in ,Kanawha,W. Virginia. Charles Bingley's father is Michael Dewitt Clinton and his mother was Roxalana "Roxy" Fisher. His maternal grandfather was George Fisher and his maternal grandmother is Frances A. Lanham. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named George Dunreath, John Dewitt, Summitt Wellington "Wild Bill", Henry Franklin, Joseph S., Hiram Wade, Jacob, Robert Melton, Mary Ann, Sidney Catherine and Ida Jane. He was the oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 87 on September 26th, 1932 in ,Kanawha,W. Virginia.-
