Henry COATE 
Henry was born on August 18th, 1770 in Newberry, S.carolina, Sc. Henry's father was Marmaduke COATE and his mother was Mary Jane COPPOCK. His paternal grandparents were Henry COAT(E)S and Esther WILLSON; his maternal grandparents were Moses COPPOCK and Martha LESTER. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Moses, Samuel, James, William, John, Jesse, Esther, Esther and Sarah Ann. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 78 on November 24th, 1848 in Age 78. He was buried in Union, Miami Co., Ohio.General Notes
