William Branham

William was born on March 11th, 1771 in Virginia.¹ William's father was David , Sr. Branham and his mother was Frances Baskett. His paternal grandparents were John Branham and Rachel Webb Gower; his maternal grandparents are UNKNOWN Baskett and Rachel Welch. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Edmond, John Henry, Turner, Benjamin, David , Jr., Judith, Patty, Frances and Rhoda. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 76 on July 6th, 1847 in Putnam County, IN. He was buried in Cloverdale Cemetery, Putnam Co., Indiana.¹
