Thomas was born on January 26th, 1645 in Middlesex, Watertown, MA. Thomas' father was Thomas BOYLSTON and his mother was Mrs. Sarah BOYLSTON. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Boylston and Anne Bastian. He had three sisters named Elizabeth, Sarah and Doriah. He was the second youngest of the four children.
