Mary was born on January 20th, 1552 in St Michael, Penkivel, Cornwall, England and her baptism took place there on January 20th, 1552. Mary's father was Hugh BOSCAWEN and her mother was Phillippa CARMINOW. Her paternal grandparents were John BOSCAWEN and Elizabeth LOWER; her maternal grandparents were Nicholas CARMINOW and Catherine WOLVEDON. She had six brothers and six sisters, named Nicholas, William, John, George, Edward, Hugh, Joan, Elizabeth, Alice, Petronell, Catherine and Margaret. She was the third youngest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 70 on September 4th, 1622 in Pankeville, Nr Brixton, Devonshire, England. She was buried in 1622.General Notes
