Jane was born on July 13th, 1740 in Petersburg, Dinwiddie, Virginia. Jane's father was John II BOLLING and her mother was Elizabeth Bland BLAIR. Her paternal grandfather is John Bolling and her paternal grandmother was Mary KENNON; her maternal grandparents were Archibald BLAIR and Sarah ARCHER. She had thirteen brothers and seven sisters, named Archibald, William L., Jared, Benjamin, James Thomas, John Blair W., Robert, Rodney, Rolfe, Edward, Archibald, Powhatan, James, Metoaka, Elizabeth, Martha, Dorothea, Mary, Sarah and Anne. She was the tenth youngest of the twenty-one children. She died at the age of 35 on July 24th, 1775 in Of, , Virginia.General Notes
