Phoebe was born on March 26th, 1825 in W Sinking Sprgs, Washington, Tn. Phoebe's father was George Thomas BARRON and her mother was Phebe JOBE. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph BARRON and Sarah MURRAY; her maternal grandparents were Jacob JOBE and Deborah MACKAY. She had four brothers and seven sisters, named Daniel Henry, Jacob, John, Thomas, Leah, Nancy, Sarah A. (Sally), Deborah, Lydia Ann (Lyddian), Pheobie and Unknown Girl.
