Wayne "Wiley" Payne was born on May 31st, 1818 in Farmington, Bedford, Tennessee, USA. Wayne "Wiley" Payne's father was T.S. James Allred and his mother was Elizabeth Warren. His paternal grandparents were William ALLRED and Elizabeth THRASHER. He had eight brothers and five sisters, named William Hackley, Martin Carrell, Isaac, Lafayette, Reuben Warren, James Tillman Sanford, John Franklin Lafayette, Andrew Jackson, Hannah Caroline, Elizabeth, Salley, Nancy Chumy and Eliza Maria.
