John ASHTON 
John was born on January 31st, 1658 in , Middleton, Lancashire, England. John's father was Ralph ASHTON and his mother was Anne ASHTON. His paternal grandparents were Ralph ASHTON and Elizabeth KAYE; his maternal grandparents were Ralph ASHTON and Eleanor SHUTTLEWORTH. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Richard, Ralph, Anne and Mary. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 1 on February 1st, 1659.General Notes
