Benjamin ALLEN

Benjamin was born in 1679 in Shrewsbury, Monmouth, Nj. Benjamin's father was Jedediah ALLEN and his mother was Elizabeth HOWLAND. His paternal grandparents were Hope ALLEN and Rachel UNKNOWN; his maternal grandparents were Henry HOWLAND and Mary NEWLAND. He had eight brothers and five sisters, named Ephraim, Eleashib, Nathan, Judah, Henry, Ralph, David, Jonathon, Experience, Esther, Mary, Patience and Maribah. He is the seventh oldest of the fourteen children.
