Phebe Warner

Phebe was born in 1815 in Wayne, Ashtabula Co., OH.¹   Phebe's father was Jonathan Warner. She had a brother named Jonathan.  She was the older of the two children.  She died at the age of 88 in 1903 in Portage, OH.¹
