Lord William Thornton

Lord William was born in 1288 in East Newton, Yorkshire, England.  Lord William's father was John Thornton and his mother was Miss Dalton.  His paternal grandfather was William De Thornton. He had a brother named John.  He was the younger of the two children.  He died at the age of 45 in 1333 in East Newton, Yorkshire, England.

‌Lord William and Isabel were married in a religious ceremony in 1314.  They had a son and three daughters, named Thomas, Isabel, Agnes and Elizabeth.
