Frederuna of was born about 0900. Frederuna of's father was Theodoric Dietrich and her mother was Ludmilla Ragnhildis. Her paternal grandparents were Reginhart Walpert and Countess of Ringelheim Matilda; her maternal grandparents were King of Haithabu Godefrid and Gisella Matilda of Lotharingia. She had a brother and two sisters, named Count of Louvain, Amalrada of and Matilda. She was the youngest of the four children.-
