William Paganal 
William was born about 1088 in Dudley, Worcestershire, England. William's father was Fulk Paganel and his mother was Beatrice. His paternal grandparents were William Pagnel and Lesceline. He had a brother and a sister, named Ralph and Agnes Paganal De. He was the youngest of the three children. He died in 1165.
They had a son named Fulk II.
