Angus MacSorley

Angus was born about 1161 in Bute, Scotland. Angus' father was Somhairle Mor MacGillebride and his mother was Ragnhilda Olafsdottir. His paternal grandfather was Gillebride MacGilleadamnan; his maternal grandparents were Olaf "The Red" Godredson and Ingibjorg Haakonsdottir. He had three brothers and a sister, named Dugall, Ranald, Olaf and Bethag. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died in 1210.
