Lord Philip Ap was born about 1275 in Cardigan, Wales.  Lord Philip Ap's father was Lord Cadivor Ap Iscoed.  He was an only child.  Lord Philip Ap is no longer alive.

They had two daughters named Eleanor Goch Verch and Margaret Verch.
