Mary Holmes 
Mary was born in 1635 in County Derry, Ireland. Mary's father was James Holmes and her mother was Jane Jennings. She was an only child. She died at the age of 56 on September 18th, 1691 in Donegal, Balloogan County, Ireland.
‌Mary and John were married in a religious ceremony on June 6th, 1654 in Londonderry, County Derry, Ireland. They had five sons and two daughters, named William, Andrew, David, Daniel, Joseph, Margaret and Mary Jane.
