Count in the Nieder-Lahngau was born about 0828.  Count in the Nieder-Lahngau's father was Count in the Nieder-Lahngau Udo and his mother was Ruthildis.  He was an only child.  He died after 0879.

They had two sons named Count in Franconia and Duke of Lorraine.
