Clara Matilda was born on January 25th, 1869 in Danville, Iowa. Clara Matilda's father was John Peter Fengal and her mother was Frildo Wilkins. Her paternal grandparents were John Peter Fengel and Anna Margaretha Kratz; her maternal grandparents were William Henry Harrison Wilkins and Matilda Scoggins. She had a brother and two sisters, named John Peter, Dora Bell and Fannie Florence. She was the oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 62 on November 27th, 1931 in Romona, Kansas.-
