Adam De Welles 
Adam was born about 1274 in North Elmsall, Yorkshire, England. Adam's father was Robert De Welles and his mother was Isabel De Periton. His paternal grandparents were William De Welle and Emma De Grainsby; his maternal grandparents were Adam De Periton and Sarah. He had two brothers and a sister, named Philip, William and Cecily. He was the oldest of the four children. He died on September 1st, 1311. He was buried in Greenfield Priory.-
