Richard De Vernon

Richard was born about 1286 in Shipbrooke, Cheshire, England. Richard's father was Sir Ralph De Vernon and his mother was Mary De Dacre. His paternal grandparents were Ralph De Vernon and Maude Grosvenor; his maternal grandparents were Ranulph De Dacre and Joan de Multon. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Hugh, Ralph, Thomas, Roesia, Agatha, Nicholda and Katherine. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He died in 1346.
