John De Segrave

John was born about 1256 in Seagrave, Leicestershire, England. John's father was Sir Nicholas De Segrave and his mother was Maud De Lucy. His paternal grandparents were Sir Gilbert de Segrave and Amabilia de Chaucombe; his maternal grandparents were Thomas de Multon and Isabel De Bolteby. He had three brothers and a sister, named Nicholas, Henry, Stephen and Eleanor. He was the oldest of the five children. He died on October 4th, 1325. He was buried in Chaucombe Priory, Northamptonshire, England.
