Isabella Cook 
Isabella was born on October 8th, 1750 in Campbell County, Virginia. Isabella's father was Andrew Cook and her mother was Mary Means. She was an only child. She died at the age of 66 on December 18th, 1816 in Logan County, Kentucky.
