William Brereton 
William was born about 1547. William's father was Sir Urian Brereton and his mother was Margaret Honford. His paternal grandparents were Sir Randall Brereton and Eleanor Dutton; his maternal grandfather was William Honford. He had a brother named Randle. He was the younger of the two children. He had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Urian, Jane, Mary and Dorothy. He died in 1601.-
