Jerry Bolhuis 
Jerry was born on January 26th, 1911 in Oostwold, Netherlands. Jerry's father was Fred Bolhuis and his mother was Dorothy Boelman. He was an only child. He died at the age of 72 on February 2nd, 1983 in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
Jerry and Berdene Anona were married in a religious ceremony on February 7th, 1933 in Stout, Iowa. They had two sons and two daughters, named Chris Clarence, Living, Living and Living.
