Constança of was born about 1240 in Barcelona, Aragon, Spain.  Constança of's father was Jaime I Pedrez "The Conqueror" and her mother was Yolande Violante.  Her paternal grandparents were Pedro II Alphonsez "The Catholic" and Maria De Montpellier; her maternal grandparents were Andreas and Yolande De Courtenay. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Pedro III "the, II, Prince de Aragón, Prince de Aragón, Violante, Princess de Aragón, Isabella of, Princess de Aragón and Princess de Aragón.  She was the fourth oldest of the ten children. She had a half-brother named Alfonso of.  She died in 1283.


Constança of's family with Manuel of Castile

‌Constança of and Manuel of were married in a religious ceremony in 1263 in Soria, Spain.  They had a son and a daughter, named Alfonso Manuel and Violante.
