Amadeus III de Savoy 
Amadeus III was born in 1095.1 Amadeus III's father was Humbert II de Savoy and his mother was Gisela de Burgundy. His paternal grandparents were Amadeus II de Savoy and Johanna de Geneva; his maternal grandparents were William II de Burgundy and Stephanie de Longwy. He was an only child. He died at the age of 53 on August 20th, 1148 in Nicosia,Cyprus.1 General Notes
