Rotrou , Bishop of Evreux's father was Henry I de Beaumont and his mother was Margaret de Perche.  His paternal grandparents were *Roger , Seigneur of Beaumont de Beaumont and *Adeline de Meulan. He had three brothers named Henry II, Roger , Earl of Warwick2 and Robert , Steward of Normandy.
