Henry Howard was born on December 4th, 1837 in St. Helens,Lancashire,England. Henry Howard's father was *Henry Edward Webster and his mother was *Elizabeth Ann Rigby. His paternal grandparents were *John Webster and Lydia; his maternal grandparents were *John Rigby and *Elizabeth Rachel (Ann) Bevans. He had five brothers and eight sisters, named John Rigby, Thomas Grover, Joseph, William, James, Lydia, Mary, Rachel, Betsey, Mary Ann, Margaret, Hannah and *Sarah. He was the seventh youngest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 13 in July 1851 in Winterquarters,NB.-
