Wolfert Garretson Van Couwenhoven

Wolfert Garretson was born in 1579 in Amersfourt,Holland.  Wolfert Garretson's father was Gerrit Jansz Van Couwenhoven.  His paternal grandfather was Jan W. Van Couwenhoven.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 83 in 1662 in New Amsterdam,New York.

‌Wolfert Garretson and Neeltje were married in a religious ceremony in Amersfoort,Holland.  They had a son named Gerrit Wolfertse.
