Vonda Jane, known as Penny, was born on July 2nd, 1943 in Sacramento,Sacramento County,California,USA. Penny's father was Houston Samuel (chic) VINCENT and her mother was Thelma Jane ALVORD. Her paternal grandparents were John Lee VINCENT and Lillie Lucinda TACKETT; her maternal grandparents were Edwin Earl ALVORD and Ida Mae PERRENOUD. She had a brother named Living. She had a half-sister named Patricia. She died due to Hit by drunk driver While standing on side of road in front of our home. at the age of 33 on February 22nd, 1977 in Salt Lake City,Salt Lake County,Utah,USA.
