Judge Emery Terry 
Judge Emery was born on March 23rd, 1901. Judge Emery's father was Harmon Terry and his mother was Savannah A. Phelps. His paternal grandparents were Elias Terry and Mary C. Butner; his maternal grandparents were Eli Phelps and Nancy M. Sandage. He had two brothers and a sister, named McKinley, John Bratcher and Virgie A.. He had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Ira, James Henry, Kermit Beverage, Living, Living, Mary Frances Vibell and Anna Bell. He died at the age of 66 on February 24th, 1968. He was buried in Lily Dale Church of Christ Cemetery.-
