Robert was born in Lived in Accomac Co. VA on eastern shore. Robert's father was William Snead. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Snead and Alice. He had three brothers named Charles, William and Zachariah. Robert is no longer alive.General Notes
Accomac Co. VA records show Robert there in 1702 serving for many years as the Clerk of the County, a position of much importance in colonial days.
‌Robert and Mary were married in a religious ceremony in Robert S. father-in-law of sister. They had a son and three daughters, named John, Ann, Catherine and Mary.
