Thomas Rutledge 
Thomas' father was Thomas Rutledge and his mother was Jean Armstrong. His maternal grandparents were James Armstrong and Janey. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Edward, George, John, James, Ann, Catherine, Elizabeth, Jean and Mary. He died in 1807.-
