Thomas IV Root 
Thomas IV was born on July 29th, 1692. Thomas IV's father was Thomas III Root Deacon and his mother was Thankful Strong. His paternal grandparents were Thomas , Jr. Root and Abigail Alvord; his maternal grandparents were Jedediah , Sr. Strong and Freedom Woodward. He had a brother named Ebenezer. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 90 on December 2nd, 1782.-
