Perry R. was born about 1780. Perry R.'s father was Joseph Rash and his mother was Mildred (Milly) Isbell. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Rash and Mary Warren; his maternal grandparents were James Isbell and Frances Tompkins Livingston. He had four brothers and four sisters, named William, James, Thomas, Son, Nancy, Mary Elizabeth (Betsey), Mary and Daughter. He died in Pulaski County,Kentucky.-
