Margaret Elmina Powers 
Margaret Elmina was born on October 29th, 1859. Margaret Elmina's father was Isaac Holms Powers and her mother was Mary Ellen Campbell. Her paternal grandparents were Marsham (Massa) Powers and Jane Holmes. She had five brothers and three sisters, named John M., Samuel, James W., Alfred Holmes, Martin T., Elizabeth, Sarilda Emeline and Rosa Ann. She was the second oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 53 on July 18th, 1913. She was buried in Freedom Cem. Warrick County,Indiana.-
