The Court of Quarter Sessions was superseded by a Circuit Court, for the counties of Ohio and Breckinridge. The first term was held in Hartford on the 28the day of March, 1803, by Benjamin Field and Joshua Crowe, associate judges, and Daniel Barry as clerk
