Jackson Powers 
Jackson was born on September 26th, 1841 in Warrick County,Indiana. Jackson's father was Marsham (Massa) Powers and his mother was Jane Holmes. His paternal grandparents were Isaac H. Powers and Abigail Davis. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Isaac Holms, Jacob, James, Samuel M., Indiana, Lavina Jane, Margaret (Peggy) and Hannah Mathewson. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 75 on April 28th, 1917. He was buried in Beard Cemetery,Warrick Co. Indiana.-
