Samuel Polk

Samuel was born on July 5th, 1772 in Mecklenburg Co.,NC.  Samuel's father was Ezekiel Polk and his mother was Marie Wilson.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 55 in 1827 in Columbia,Maury Co.,TN.

They had a son named James Knox.
