Ada Louise was born on July 3rd, 1883. Ada Louise's father was Matthew J. Phillips and her mother was Mary Martha Powers. Her paternal grandparents were Abraham Phillips and Perlina Rice; her maternal grandparents were Isaac Newton Powers and Hannah Stephenson. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Coatney Tillman, Arthur Elmer, Melvin, Hannah "Kate" and Lucy. She died at the age of 89 on May 22nd, 1973 in Poplar Bluff,Missouri. She was buried in Poplar Bluff,Missouri.-
