Vibillary Saphira was born in July 1888 in MO.  Vibillary Saphira's father was *David Oliver Oates and her mother was *Sally Jane Sarah Herrin.  Her maternal grandparents were *Thomas Jefferson Herrin\Hearren and Hannah Hucherson. She had a brother and two sisters, named *Jesse Thomas, Viola and Arminty.
